We are friends and long-time business partners. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is a sensitive and challenging topic, and neither of us has the background to do it justice. We will make mistakes, but our interest in diagnosing and understanding the disparities is genuine. We hope you find our conversations with our guests to be insightful and valuable. Our aim is to better understand the issues behind racial inequality in our profession, and work towards changing the future and face of veterinary medicine.
